Shipping Policy

Customers located in the United States will have their package dropped off to ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week. Almost all packages are sent either UPS ground or USPS Priority.

FedEx Upgrade

For customers wishing their package be delivered more quickly we do offer a FedEx upgrade on most purchases. This still requires one handling day for the package to be packed and shipped.

Canadian Shipping

All packages to Canada below 4 (four) pounds will be shipped via USPS / Canada Post. Packages over four pounds will be shipped via FedEx which may incur additional taxes on arrival.

International Shipping

For packages 4 (four) pounds and under, we ship via PirateShip International which is a reliable shipping service but takes some time to arrive. For packages over four pounds, we ship via FedEx.

VAT & Import Fees may be due on arrival for international packages. We are based in the US and unfortunately cannot say how much will be due on the arrival. We do mark customs forms with the correct amounts for the products you order.

Tracking Numbers

All packages will receive a tracking number. You should receive a tracking number from Pirate Ship or FedEx within 24 hours of your package being sent out.
